Home in the sense that we get to see old friends, revisit, visit nostalgic places, talk about old memories, etc.
A few highlights so far....
We love IL. We really do. God has given us a great home, great church, awesome friends, amazing ministry and a huge love for the students at the U of I. But nonetheless, it is always great to be "home" Home in the sense that we get to see old friends, revisit, visit nostalgic places, talk about old memories, etc. A few highlights so far.... Seeing all the KATIES from the UWEC Navs (this is just a small fraction of all of them... ;) Noah getting to see two of his best friends from college: Carl and Jesse Meeting Norah Kate Clochesy. Her parents (Jeff and Jess) were on staff with us at the U of I and now are leading the ministry in Eau Claire. Time with some dear Nav friends from UWEC. I lived with these girls, was in bible study, etc etc. I LOVE these girls! Visited a favorite UWEC site: The ROCK! :) Spent time with JACK (Jolie, Abby, Colleen, Katie). These are the first girls I met on campus. The girls that got me through all the difficulties of my freshman year and have loved me and laughed with me ever since! I love these girls!!! Noah got do do a lot of fun things too! Including playing ultimate frisbee, spending the night in his old dorm (Bridgman) with his brother, disc golfing, seeing his good friend Jordan's house, etc. etc. He just didn't take as many pictures ;) ha!
