The Navigators Calling Statement

My life collided with this short statement seven years ago right before my last semester of college, while I was attending an EDGE Preview conference in Colorado Springs. This conference was a recruiter for Navs' EDGE Corps staff internship program. What I appreciated about the conference, was that 3/4 of it was vision-casting related to the above Calling.
I left that conference thinking, "I want to live out this calling with my life, no matter where God takes me." I did end up joining EDGE Corps and am so thankful I did, but it was the Calling, not EDGE Corps that captured my heart.
This weekend, I'll be attending a similar EDGE Preview in Indianapolis, where older students from Illinois and Indiana will be hearing about this same calling, encouraged to live it out wherever God takes them, and asked to consider living it out in the context of an EDGE Corps staff role for a year or two. Would you please pray that our students would be attentive to the Lord's voice, and would be captured by the Calling? Please also pray that some would choose to live it out in the context of Navigator staff.
The Nav calling is being lived out by thousands and thousands around the world, most who are not full-time Navigator staff. Check out the video below for the story of one such couple...living out the Calling where God has placed them.
