Okay.. we didn't really have any champagne. I wouldn't have liked it anyways.... But couldn't resist this catchy title! :)
Hard to believe we have hit the one-year mark of life in Champaign! We are thankful for our time here and as I told someone last week, "We like it here much more than we ever thought we would."
Don't get us wrong... we miss Eau Claire/Wisconsin and all of our family and friends up there. But we are REALLY thankful for the life the Lord has given us here!
Last year, April was a really special month as the weather was beautiful, everything was new, we got lots of company, and we were learning so much! We are really enjoying April again this year...
My parents and brother were just here for Easter, Noah's parents and sister are coming soon. Our tulip magnolia tree is in full bloom in our yard, the weather is supposed to be sunny and in the 70's all week. Life is good :)
